Adam Academy has officially launched its Executive Leadership Programme (ELP), a 16-hour intensive designed specifically for senior leaders within the Adam Holding Union ecosystem.
The programme, developed in partnership with a leading European business school, covers adaptive leadership, cross-cultural decision-making, and strategic communication across complex stakeholder environments.
47 participants from all nine divisions enrolled in the inaugural cohort, representing 12 nationalities and an average of 14 years of professional experience.
"This is how we grow the next generation of Adam leaders — from within, with rigour, and with depth," said the Head of Adam Academy.
The next ELP cohort opens for applications in June 2026.
