1. Data Controller
Adam Holding Union, headquartered at Avenue Hassan II, Casablanca 20000, Morocco, is the data controller for all personal data processed through our digital platforms, in accordance with the Moroccan Law 09-08 on Personal Data Protection (enforced by CNDP) and the European GDPR where applicable.
2. Data We Collect
We collect identification data (name, email, phone), professional data (company, role, sector), communications data (messages, support tickets), technical data (IP address, browser type, usage analytics), and financial data for billing purposes. We do not collect sensitive personal data unless expressly required and consented to.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data under the following legal bases: (a) Contractual necessity — for the delivery of our services; (b) Legitimate interest — for internal analytics and security; (c) Consent — for marketing communications; (d) Legal obligation — for regulatory and tax reporting.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 5 years for legal compliance, or as required by applicable law. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn. Technical logs are retained for 12 months.

6. International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to our processing partners in the EU, UAE, and Senegal. All transfers outside the EEA are subject to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
