Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Adam Holding Union's digital platforms, Partner Portal, or Member Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.
2. Authorised Use
Our platforms are intended exclusively for authorised institutional partners, contracted clients, and employees of Adam Holding Union. Unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, or bulk data extraction is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Moroccan Law 07-03 on Cybercrime.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify security@adamunion.com immediately upon any suspected unauthorised access. Adam Holding Union is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials caused by your negligence.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, reports, and proprietary data on our platforms are the exclusive property of Adam Holding Union or our licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Holding Union shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12-month period.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca, unless an alternative dispute resolution clause applies under a specific contractual arrangement.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platforms following notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered account holders at least 30 days in advance.
